Satisfaction with the job we did for you:	5	I always recommend SST Basement to anyone who has ANY water problems. Was 110% satisfied!
Experience with the first phone call to the company	5	As soon as I explained my basement water issue, the person who answered was able to offer some general suggestions and booked someone to come right away.
Office Staff	5	Always so friendly whenever I called or stopped by. And very knowledgeable.
Salesperson and sales presentation	5	Fully explained what I needed (a sump pump), how much it would cost and left material that I could then read. NO pressure, at all and even spoke on the phone to my husband who was out of town.
Our installation crew	5	Very prompt, friendly and courteous.
The cleanup process	5	My laundry room was cleaner then when they got there! They put up vapour barrier to prevent dust from getting into the rest of my basement.

Customer Comment: From my very first phone call to paying my bill, this was a wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. They came when they said the would, they answered all my questions and were always super nice!
